- Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers at certain times of the year. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and colour scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal or greater value

- Please ensure that the delivery informations are complete and correct .

- In a situation of incorrect address or no one is available to receive the flower. We will bring the flower back to our workshop and there will be re-delivery charged

- All transactions are non refundable.
