Your order will be confirmed and put into our delivery schedule as soon as full payment has been made.

All prices are subject to additional delivery charges. Our delivery time is Monday - Saturday ( start 10 am according to delivery route ).

Please provide complete address details in the order form to avoid unnecessary delay. For undelivered products due to mistake on the delivery address given, Jardin Flowers will only deliver it again with additional delivery charges.

All product presented in the website may not always be available for purchase all the time and subject to their availability. Jardin Flowers reserves the right to replace any item with another flower of same value.

Cancellation of Orders: We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed delivery date. We will not refund any cancellations that being made on the delivery day.

Once the order is delivered or collected, the order is assumed completed.

All information of the sender must be genuine and the phone numbers must be contactable. Jardin Flowers will not be held responsible for the delivery of the purchased item(s) should information given by the sender is invalid.
